High pressure nozzle operation mode
The high-pressure nozzle relies on a plunger pump or a diaphragm pump to pressurize the liquid medicine to 0.5-2MPa, and sprays it out at high speed through a nozzle with a tiny aperture (0.3-1mm), forming a high-kinetic energy penetrating mist flow. The centrifugal nozzle generates centrifugal force through the high-speed rotating impeller, which throws out the liquid medicine and breaks it into uniform droplets. The core advantage lies in the precise and controllable atomization effect and the uniform droplet size (50-200μm). By adjusting the impeller speed (usually 3000-10000 rpm), the droplet size can be accurately controlled to avoid the uneven droplet problem caused by pressure fluctuations in traditional high-pressure nozzles.
