In recent years, with the acceleration of agricultural modernization, plant protection drones, as an important tool for precision agriculture, have played an increasingly important role in the field of farmland pest control with their advantages of high efficiency, precision, and safety. Its exquisite structural design is a perfect embodiment of technology empowering modern agriculture.
Plant protection drones are mainly composed of three parts: flight platform, spraying system, and navigation control system. The flight platform mostly adopts a multi-rotor design, which is flexible, maneuverable, stable and reliable, and can adapt to complex farmland environments. The spraying system includes components such as medicine boxes, pumps, and nozzles. By accurately controlling the flow rate and atomization effect of the liquid medicine, uniform spraying is achieved, which effectively improves the utilization rate of pesticides and reduces environmental pollution. The navigation control system is the "brain" of the plant protection drone. It integrates GPS, Beidou and other positioning systems and various sensors, and can realize autonomous flight, precise obstacle avoidance, variable spraying and other functions, which greatly improves the operation efficiency and safety. At the same time, our flight control installation area is larger and can be adapted to multiple flight control systems. It can be customized according to customer needs.
With the continuous advancement of technology, the structure of our drones is also constantly being optimized and upgraded. We use an all-aluminum fuselage and an aluminum frame structure connection. The structure has high strength, greatly improved rigidity and stability, and reduced aircraft resonance to make the flight more stable; we use self-developed integrated FOC electric adjustment, which is more precise, reduces energy consumption, improves efficiency, and extends flight time; it is equipped with high-precision cameras and AI recognition technology to achieve automatic identification of pests and diseases and precise application of pesticides; it develops a cluster operation system to achieve multi-machine collaborative operation and further improve operation efficiency.
It can be foreseen that in the future, plant protection drones will be more intelligent, precise, and multifunctional in structure design, providing stronger scientific and technological support for the development of modern agriculture and helping to increase agricultural production and income.
